Iverson offer?

I don't like this trade.  Gomes is the kind of guy who
makes the difference in big games, much like Adrian
Griffin in Dallas.  The offense with Wally is perfect
to bring out Paul's best; I see this as back to the Ricky
and Paul show again, only much worse.  Am I wrong
in thinking this.  I hope Billy King turns that down.
Losing Gomes and GG and Wally is a bad thing; I could
see it for a star big man, but not for a player with as
much baggage and bad chemistry as Iverson.  Ainge
of all people should understand that basketball is a
team sport, not an assemblage of individual talents.
Maybe he's thinking it will be like Earl Monroe on
the Knicks....
