I had the same thoughts.  And take a look at this 40-second clip for
an entertaining demonstration of some Telfair passing in an
artificial environment.

One thing that's interesting to me is the *huge* range in the abilities
of the other guys to catch the ball, when they're just sitting or
standing there, with no defense, and they have nothing else to focus
on.  I can see Bassy bouncing balls off several Celtics' chests in the
coming months.
