1. i'm quite fine with keeping our guys, though i would have been
pretty interested to see Iverson in green.
2. i agree that while this makes DEN better they're still not quite
in the class w/ Suns, Spurs and Mavs
but.....
"no one to distribute the ball?" i think AI will avg. 8-10 assists
playing in DEN, he's done it before wiht more inferior talent.
personally i was not too impressed with JRSmith --- who's starting to
look more and more like JR Rider than Josh Smith....All he did was
sit out there and jack up ill-advised 3's... he should be driivng to
the hoop.

Yeah, I believe it is the Mavericks pick. I agree that the Sixers got
essentially nothing out of the deal. Joe Smith is just a contract and
Andre Miller isn't what he used to be (and who will he pass to)? And
does anyone trust Billy King with three draft picks. Should guarantee
the Sixers the worst record in the league, and if they nab Greg Oden,
everyone will forget about the AI trade.
Don't think this makes the Nuggets true contenders though. I like
George Karl as a coach, but they'll still have no defense, they've
got no one to distribute the ball, Nene is overrated and one hangnail
for Marcus Camby sinks them. I don't think they're in the same league
with the Spurs, Suns and Mavericks.
