Typically wordy non-answer from you. Care to be more specific as to which GM and or coach we should hire??

The only point you get no disagreement from me on is the one about firing Doc. I've been writing that for over a year. Ainge has stuck with him far too long.

Well, Nasterix, there hasn't really been an awful lot to cheer
about during the Pitino/Gaston/Wallace/Obie/Ainge/Rivers years.
But on an optimistic note, let us hope that our team is finally
nearing the bottom of a 20-yr. V-curve. Unless of course
procrastination continues to be the thief of time and we once
again next season add only a couple first-rounders to our
perennially young roster.

what do you propose Wyc and the other owners do to improve
the Celtics? > - Asterix

Uh err um... replace Ainge?

Long answer:

1) Replace Ainge with a GM who knows how to actually
put a team together.

2) Hire a head coach capable of implementing the new
GM's plan (same page and all that good stuff).

3) Appoint Danny Executive VP for Scouting.

4) Buy out Doc Brain's contract.

5) Stop showcasing Green and Allen for Philly's perusal.
If these players look too good, we may just become saddled
with "save the franchise" Iverson.

6) Shoot Lucky.
