All I can think of is that Doc has a mission to lose games. When they 
play Powe and Rondo, good things happen. So they need to sit.

Leon was great when he got his 5 minutes of fame. With the complaints 
that 'we're not tough enough,' and all the injuries, how can they not 
play him? Makes no sense. And I agree with you that the line about 
practice is a convenient excuse.

They're headed for lotto land one way or another. And they need to trade 
Pierce at some point - let him get a ring somewhere.
