Pierce should be the guy on this team.  But he needs a running mate and Wally isn't it.  In fact, I think part of the problem is that Wally sees himself as the guy on the team too.
   
  And again, I would put forth both his assists and rebounds as proof that Pierce does buy into the team system and trust his teammates.
