Harry:  That's not really fair, it's just Monday morning quarterbacking.  
   
  You get to take the list of players taken after his pick and selctively choose only those that have had some success.  To put it in perspective, why don't you list all the duds that he didn't pick but were taken by other teams?
   
   I think Ainge has done a better than average, though by no means outstanding, job picking players.
