I dont necessarily consider Pierce a ball hog. I just think that for far
too long he has not had a coach that has forced him to let someone else get
him his shots. Doc made noises about this, but Pierce resisted and Doc let
is slide. The last time I saw Pierce willing to see the ball not in his
hands for long stretches was when Toine was in town. Antoine - for all this
faults - consistently got the ball to Pierce in places where he could
maximize his chances with it. Still, ideally, we want it in the hands of a
PG.
As for Toronto, I totally agree as well. That team has a good bit of
maturing to do, but I love the way it is set up. Barjani is going to be a
STUD with capital letters in this league. Bosh is excellent and they play
really hard and fairly smart.
