Collison for Scabs straight-up works, according to
RealGM. I dunno how people feel about throwing in a
pick, but I'd certainly do it, and I'd think Seattle
would demand it. I really can't imagine them doing
this deal, actually, since Collison has one more year
on his deal and Scabs has four, thanks to our
brilliant front-office. I suppose it depends on how
badly they want rid of Collison and what other
enticements we or other teams could offer.

Going strictly by the numbers, Collison put up nearly
identical stats last year to his older, taller, more
expensive fellow Jayhawk alum, Raef LaFrentz. I'd
certainly feel better about having some frontcourt
insurance. Oh wait, that's right, we have Kevin
Pittsniednagel. Whew, that's a relief.
