Al's role this year

Hope you're right that Jefferson recovers quick, and claims a starting
spot, but I think instead of just focusing on the PG's creating easy
shots, Danny should tell the coaches to run alot more "Ainge-to-Mchale"
standard post feeds this year.

I think it's the best way to get keep Al productive/motivated, and is
the 2nd thing (after defense) the C's will need, to get into contention.
It wasn't happening much in summerleague (pretty much a PG drive-n-dish
show).

Al's one of those rare bigs that could make everyone on the court better
because he commands so much attention with just his post moves. Most
heavyweights(for example Nene) need help from a creative PG, or some
ballmovement to score well.

So if Doc calls alot more plays to force feed Al (like what happens with
Jermaine, Shaq, Duncan), then everyone else starts getting open shots.
And it'd take pressure off of the young PG's & Paul.

i expect Big Al to claim the starting PF spot when healthy.

...But i'm excited to see how this team works out -- i'm giddy to think
about how many more easy baskets guys like Wally, Gomes, jefferson,
green etc. will get with a couple of pass-first PGs.
