al's injury explained

I hope this works for Al. We need 
him on the floor, and I hope the 
workouts at the Waltham Center
beef him up a little bit because he needs to get a lot stronger. 

I think the story about Leon Powe
was a great look at a kid who has
had problems from an early age. 
There are a lot of NBA'ers who have
gone the other way with that kind of
start. He hasn't used it as an excuse
but as a reason to better himself.
I'm glad we got him and hope he
make it.

One other thing, I hope this makes
the list as I haven't been able to 
post in abou three months.
