Can I try desperately to be in both camps at the same time? 

 

I love Delonte, Green, Gomes and Perk.

 

I hated the draft trades we just did.  

 

I wouldn't have signed Pierce to an extension.

 

I would've fired Doc at the end of last season.

 

I hate the brain doc.

 

I love that we got rid of Blount, Banks and Davis (Attorneys at Law).

 

I love that we didn't trade for AI.

 

I hate we signed Scalabrine's clone Pitsnagle.

 

Sooooooooo, unlike the ML years, Pitino years and the O'Brien years there
are things I like with Ainge. He's pretty much typical as a GM - some stuff
I like and some stuff I hate.  I can't take a side on this on-going "we
suck"/"we rule" argument because it's somewhere in the middle - just like
about 25 other teams in the NBA. Some days we'll lean toward one end of the
spectrum, some days the other. It's not fence sitting, it's called being
flexible and able to adjust to that pesky little variable called change.
