I'm not the Eggatollah of course but you have put me in the same category if
memory serves, so I'll take a stab at whack-a-celtic. :=) Hey, I hope
you're right! In fact, if I was predicting, I'd say 41 because I refuse to
predict a losing season for my favorite sport's team. But let's see. A
*healthy* Szczerbiak? Bone on bone? Keep your fingers crossed! New strength at
the point? I hope Bassy is the answer to all our prayers, but seeing is
believing. Of course, West should be better in any case. Perk will start but
how many minutes will he play? I hope 36 - 38, with 10 points, 15 rebounds and
2 blocks. Plus ferocious D! But what if he fouls out in 20 - 22? Theo for
25? Jones? I think I like Theo a lot better playing 10 -12 and Jones in
garbage time. And PF? Is AlJ ready to be the player we've all hoped he would
be? You know, 18 points, 10 rebounds + decent D. God knows I don't want
Veal playing big minutes. Or Gomes. I'm afraid big PFs will abuse him over
the long haul. As far as GG being # 11, I'd put him at 10. Who goes down to
the Development League from Pitts, Powe, Ray and Rondo? I'd guess not Rondo,
leaving him at 11 and Veal at 12. In fact, he might be 9th, ahead of Jones
too. Of course if Wally can't go, hopefully Allen can start and West can
swing. If not, Paul can move and GG and Gomes can man the 3. Too many "ifs"
IMO but IF the Celts get real lucky, they could get into the second round.

C'mon Egg, what have I missed? :-)

Harry
speaking of lucky, how 'bout firing doc?
