Administrivia: Problems posting

Folks,

Kim mentioned to me that at least a couple of you are having problems
posting to the list.  When this happens, please contact me directly so I can
investigate the problem.  

As spam sent to the list (it gets filtered before it gets to you) continues
to be a growing problem, I am frequently tweaking the anti-spam filters on
igtc.com.  Sometimes, I goof and get too aggressive resulting in
blocked/dropped messages.  When that happens, it's important that I know.
