Points Of View is a weekly television program that airs viewers' opinions on
all sorts of things to do with the BBC's programs and practices.  The kind
of complaint you have would not be unusual.  You can submit an opinion to
them at http://www.bbc.co.uk/pov/ and, who knows, it might even be read on
air.
