Seems to me that if her spirit and soul are still present, it doesn't matter what physical parts are there.  A person can be 100% physically healthy, but no longer themselves if their spirit and soul aren't there.  This happens all the time.  The Who's soul isn't dead.  Far from it, in fact.  As long as Pete and Roger still draw inspiration from the spirits of John and Keith and they can still physically perform, The Who lives on.
