Fingerprints, photograph?  Fine.  DNA?  Um, well OK.  Sex offender register?
I dunno.  Does that mean when people move into the neighborhood they can ask
for a list of offenders, and his name will be on it?  That's gotta hurt the
PR campaign.  Still, the important thing is he's not going to face any
criminal charges.  This is a definite victory.
