Pete's "cunt" remark

This still doesn't justify Pete's ridiculous, no-class remark about W. Do you really think a presidential candidate has ANYTHING to do with what music is played at a victory/campaign party? Besides, they didn't need to ask Pete's specific permission, anyway, especially if they paid the standard fees that clubs and coverbands are supposed to pay. It would have been courteous to ask Pete directly, but not required. It is my understanding that they simply faded out the song prior to "meet the new boss." Many radio stations have done the same (stupid and annoying, yes, but still fairly common) due to the long synth interlude. I was in a club two new year's ago which did the same thing and I yelled at the DJ from the crowd. The "cunt" remark was way out of line, and would not have been made had the candidate not been a conservative.
