Yep, I believe you're right, cousin.
I was quite happy to see the press was still paying attention, and then
still interested enough to run with the story.
But, like you was then PISSED to see the distortion.
I've sent out about 4 or 5 E-mails today gently clarifying some of the very
points you've made.
Each E-mail ended with a plea for caution and accuracy, and not to
contribute to the unjust smearing of Pete.

I'm still thinking there's got to be an official statement from the police.
I notice that many news organizations, the more respectable ones, haven't
run with anything yet.
I'm hoping they are waiting for this official statement that will set the
record straight.

But, ultimately, it's going to have to be Pete.
He's going to have to run with this to the talk shows and
