Okay.  If you've not been to New Orleans before, be sure and ride the 
riverboat--I think there's still one that's a real steamboat and not a 
reproduction.  Dinner cruises are nice--normally thay have a Dixieland jazz 
band--but I think there are also all day cruises.  If you have a good 
budget, you could try to book an old hotel down in the French Quarter.  
There's a horse drawn buggy tour that's fun to give you the lay out and a 
little history--they can also tell you best places to stay away from at 
night.
