Re: the who

Every day is different. I could spend 8 hours one day
and not again
for a
week.

> do you listen to the who every day?

Used to, when I was becoming a hardcore fan, and for a
long time afterward. Now I'm secure in my diehard
fandom and don't feel the need to listen to them every
single day.

Unless I haven't gone online that day (usually that
means Fridays and now also Saturdays, since I can't
use electricity till late on Saturdays now that the
sun is setting so late.)

If I feel I have something to contribute.

In my dorm room I had one of them standing against the
big Mod target and male symbol, wearing pop art
shirts. Now I don't think we're allowed to stick pins
into the walls here. I do though have on display a
miniature cardboard poster, advertising their 'Magic
Bus' tour in November of 1968, at the Liverpool
Emporium. They were on the same bill as Joe Cocker
and the Greaseband and The Crazy World of Arthut
Brown.

I currently have 9 vinyl albums on display around my
room. At the front of a bunch of LPs I took from my
parents' collection, propped against the wall, is
Quad. That's only one of 4 albums from my parents'
collection I always had my eye on (though I have taken
some of their other albums and liked them, just not as
much as the 4 I took after wanting for years). Other
Who-related albums on display are MBB&B and O&S (my
first two vinyl LPs I bought for myself!), EG, and WC.
I used to have my vinyl copy of CE on display but
retired it; my other albums currently on display are
'Magical Mystery Tour,' 'Headquarters,' 'Pisces,
Aquarius, Capricorn, and Jones Ltd.' (The Monkees were
my first musical love!), and 'Bookends,' the latter of
which I won on e-Bay last May as a college graduation
present for myself.
