Re: The Who-Zep connection; Testy;

"left-fellow?" I'm in what USED to be the center!
Forget, now you are a dangerous subversive... watch out! the fascists got the power :-(

Maybe. In my personal experience, it's been Zep fans. "Oh, The Who are a Zep wannabe band." You can imagine how that makes you feel, when you're 15 or so. I would actually sputter in outrage, spewing facts at them. But you know how I am.
Forgive them, cause they don't know what they do.

I don't know about that. If they weren't popular, then we probably wouldn't have gotten The Who at all. Or, at least, we in the US would have never heard them. As much as I might dislike many of the side effects, money DOES drive exposure. If Pete hadn't made money being a Rock star, he probably would have been a author or something.
Who and Zep both are popular, but there is a little degree of diference between them, and you know what is - it is passion and sincerity and authenticity and talent and originality - the salt of earth, ya know

> are the fucking prostitutes, so fuck them!)

Oh, they're all prostitutes, really. Remember the 1989 Tommy Anniversary tour...

But then the passion was gone...

> type of people, just interested in your favorite zeppelin song if you have one.

Tangerine. I've lived that song. It's Zep's version of Sunrise.
And Going to California, these two, maybe Kashmere
