My understanding is SPV have dropped plans
to issue the CD in a dual format (SACD/CD) 3 CD limited edition and a
"normal" 2CD release with only 2 bonus tracks.  Instead it will be issued as
a 3CD limited edition
(3rd CD with 4 bonus tracks) and then a 2 CD (only 2 bonus tracks) when the
limited edition sells out.
