if ya ask me, being knighted is a very "arrogant" honor and it wouldn't 
bother me a bit if pete or bowie or daltrey or ringo or ANYone dosen't get 
it. rock stars should be rebels and stay rebels and not be praised by anyone 
from the "upper snobbish" class of british society.    just my opinion.
