Ahhh, drums. The reason I like rock so much.

As a person that hears drums first, I was caught by Keith right off the bat.
I'm so bored by rock that doesn't "feature" the drums. I guess that's why I
was never into bands like Pink Floyd. I'd rather listen to Deep Purple than
them anyday. It's the principle reason that I put Led Zeppelin #2 on my list.
Keith and John Bonham are a blast to drum along with. Anyone that puts down
either one of these guys' skills is either stupid, jealous or crazy. They are
night and day different, Keith being top-down, and JB being bottom-up but
both are *great*. And definitive. When a Stones song comes on, it's like taking
a break when playing. Charlie does have his own flavor though and it's
original, but simple.

It's hard to dance to crazy drums.

I just heard Beck's Bolero and I was treated to that familiar scream and
attack of our boy Keith. Wow.
