The December 19 Wall Street Journal has picked GM's Hummer commercial, 
(The Great Race), the best ad of 2003.  WSJ says, "As the Who's bouncy tune 
Happy Jack plays, a young boy enters a soap box derby on a hillside......  The 
subtle message that the muscular Hummer is a vehicle for the young at heart -- 
makes the spot a winner in this years race"
