I just received mine yesterday that I had purchased
off eBay for $5.95 US.  Shipping was $4.95. It is made
by a company called "Vandor". 

There was a pamphlet inside and it looks like they
make them for more groups than just the Who and the
Stones.  It shows lunchboxes for the Doors, Elvis, the
Dead, Beatles (multiple versions), Joplin, and Pink
Floyd (two versions).
