First class here:  It isn't a matter of one or the other, but in which order. 
 But, I'll say new studio album and then finished autobiography, would be my 
choice.  But, an artist cannot necessarily choose how his creative juices 
manifest themselves, or in what order he is inspired.  It may take him finishing 
his autobiography to put his full attention on doing a studio album or visa 
versa.
