I understand what you are saying.  I was fortunate enough to see two shows on that tour. The Pontiac Silverdome and The Cottonbowl in Dallas. I knew Keith was gone and the glory days too, but just to be in the same room with them was overwhelming .  I couldn't believe Pete Townshend was twenty feet away! It was general admission and I had floor tickets for the Silverdome, so I paid dearly to be up front from 2:00 until they took the stage at 9:00 after Eddy Money and The Clash. I just held the pee in.  In Dallas the openers were Billy Squire and Steel Breeze! I had seats for that show in which The Who really kicked ass.  My regret is that I came in time to see Steel breeze.
