A copying "tree" is where each person with a CD-R burner receives an
item, burns several copies and forwards those copies on. If lots of
people want copies, the first person makes copies that are forwarded
to others who each make copies, and so-on. This leads to a tree-like
organization of people who are copying CD-Rs until people receive
copies without burning as 'leaves' on the tree.

B/P is Blanks+Postage, what each person who wishes to receive a copy
supplies to the copier so that the costs of the copy are not placed on
the person doing the copying.
