Thought this might be of interest to help keep it all straight:

To amplify and reiterate, Left For Live Deluxe version will have the 
same songs as on Left for Live (but not necessarily the same 
performances), plus a second CD's worth of live tracks from the same 
tours ('98 and '99), all resequenced to closely approximate the order 
that they would be performed in an actual show. Remastered.

To summarize:

US 1-CD version:  J-Bird label, released July 1999

UK 1-CD reissue: Dead Ringer label, music remastered, new artwork, 
released October 2002

US 2-CD Deluxe version: Koch label, music remastered yet again, new 
artwork (of course), due November 12, 2002

UK 2-CD Deluxe version: does not exist, might never exist, hopefully will exist

Oh also, for you sticklers, the title of the upcoming 2-CD has been 
changed to "Left For Live Deluxe: The Complete Live Performance".
