Music group Sanctuary has announced the acquisition of
Trinifold Management and Trinifold Music for an
initial consideration of #8 million.

Tim adds the following from the printed version:
The Independent (8 Oct) reports that Who manager Bill
Curbishley and his partner Robert Rosenberg have sold
Trinifold to entertainment group Sanctuary for an
initial #8m cash and shares. A further #13m will be
paid if the company hits certain performance targets,
it reports.  "The quality of the artists managed,
along with Bill and his team, represent considerable
value", said Andy Taylor, chairman of Sanctuary.
