Achievements & Memories

Both questions are impossible to answer, but I'm such a great sport that
I'll take a shot ;-)

"1. What was The Who's greatest success or achievement in their career?"

Durability.
Mostly in the partnership of Pete and Roger.  It has seem some rough spots,
but this is the essential, most beautiful element in all Whoness to me.
Their love for each other.

"2. What is your fondest, personal memory dealing with The Who?"

Even more difficult to answer, but I will list a few of my best Whogasms.
First - watching WGFA from TKAA in the theater.
Longest - John's last show.
Most intense - Last friday in Mansfield.  Roger spits on me into the WGFA
finale, into the most vicious version of MG I've ever heard.
