Here's a late response to Mark's lyric threads:

I like that you picked these two songs to analyze.  I would not have 
compared them were it not for Mark's thread idea.  They are examples of 
Pete's ability to capture a feeling at a point in time.  In both cases, 
these songs create an emotional response in me.

In Sunrise I did not hear myself.  I heard the voice of a friend who needed 
a kick in the pants.  He's being too sentimental and nostalgic for his own 
good.  He's feeling sorry for himself.

In TAIL I heard Pete.  The post-Lifehouse Pete who resents The Who legacy.  
Again, he's feeling sorry for himself.  He also needs a kick in the pants.

Why do I think that Roger is the guy who should be kicking Pete?
