I think it's a pretty objective observation to say The Who are rolling right 
along.  The tour sales and DVD rankings are a strong signal of the public's 
awareness.  SPIN and LIFE's ratings are only an indication of how out of 
touch the editors and writers are.

It might be true that SPIN published their list to provoke comments, but 
LIFE is just out of it--way back in the Sixties in left field somewhere.
