Kevin did say "retail" so it seems he's talking about a resale market.  Any 
collectable will meet the requirements, as those are expected to appreciate 
rather than depreciate: antiques, rare comics, sports cars, broken guitars.  
You name it.

Who tix appreciate really fast when the tour is announced--the time limit on 
the value just increases the price.
