I think it's because of that new HOB gig that was announced. cause look at 
the tour dates:

September 21,  dallas, TX  american airlines center
September 22,  st. Louis, MO  savvis center
September 23,  chicago, IL  house of blues
September 24,  st. paul, MN  xcel energy center
September 25,  moline, IL  mark of the quad cities

there isn't a day off in between those dates. roger's voice would weaken and 
the excitement would be gone. at least ONE of those dates needed to go. i'm 
just surprised that the st. paul gig is staying. as for cleveland:

September 27,  cleveland, OH  CSU convocation center
September 28,  toronto, ONT  air canada center

no one can make it to canada from cleveland in one day after a show to do 
another one.  so maybe like, the "scheduling conflicts" reason is true.
