I think most would agree that I've been one of the greater optimists
regarding the new album coming to fruition.
Now, however, I don't see it.  Not even with John tracks.
Although I'm pumped for the 2nd leg (well, I'm getting there), I still can't
help but feel that DT (or TD, or Pete/Rog) are simply fulfilling an
obligation at this point.  I don't really and honestly deep down believe
that either of these men have any ambition to carry "The Who" on into the
future by themselves.
They *have* to have felt the end of much more than just (as if) John's life.

Pains me to say, but that's what I'm thinking too.
