WHO to perform in february/march...?

a friend mentioned to me that she heard on the radio that the Who were to 
perform at a george harrison benefit show in liverpool in feb/mar..
as NO details were provided to back this up i was skeptical..
(didnt know what show,who said it etc...)
but reading at the weekend - in the times i think- the show is confirmed 
with some "VERY big names to perform"....
maybe?
surely macca is one anyway.
considering him and the who played the longest sets and were the biggest 
names at the NY show maybe something more will happen...
of course it may be only 4 or 5 songs again rather than 2hrs...
