It jolts your brain, though.  Even if you've got a rock solid jaw and you 
think nothing happens, your jaw only transmits the force through to the 
brain stem.  Eventually the damage builds up and you get epilepsy or 
Parkinsons or just gradually stupider.  Want to end up like Ali?  Tsk tsk.
