Fiddle About?? Hey! That's not right!!!!
At least you put an "at" between "poking" and "each other".

>So with that in mind, I thought I'd be thankful of what we have, after all
it

It better include Who content!

Good boy.

My list:
My new boy Ethan "E-pup" (doing nicely, thank you)
My lovely wife, Tania.
My two "best buddies" Oliver and Benjamin (black and chocolate labs)
Snow, and lots of it.
My new snowboard. :-)
Pete's often questioned mind, thoughts, and attitude.
Memories of Pete flexing his right biceps muscle in defiance at Hershey this
year.
The Quad tour(s) of '96 and '97
Tour 2000
Tour 2002 Going Mobile.
Being able to meet John and see him play up close and personal.
The Who nuts from this and other lists that I've met during the above tours.
Good Friends.
YMB
Naked Eye
Quad
And a rowdy fire that confirms for me that I'm not old.

Oh yeah! And Scott Schrade!!! :-)

What was that?

One more time?

>True,

:-)

Arrrrggghhh! There's always a "but"...

>Ziggy is also the most predictable, commercial release.

See, I wouldn't know that. Got into Bowie after this was all ancient
history. I just found it wild. And, judging from the amount of Bowie my
friends listened to at the time, it was pretty obscure in relation to the
commercial products of say 1980-ish.

>Whereas Man Who Sold The World is extremely non-commercial (and therefore
more true to form)

It is a bit tough to get the arms around at first. But I agree, it is a
great album.

>What would Pete Townshend drive, uh, I mean write? Not that!

Way to slide in some Who content. ;-)

>>Awww shit, that didn't have any Who content, did it?

>Bowie was a huge Who fan (he also recorded the Paul Revere song Louie Louie
Go Back Home).

Yeah!!

>Bowie was embarrassed...and Pete said something like "Keep it up."

No comment. :-)
