AIR TICKET HELL (help needed to fly within the US as a European!)

Hiya,

Does *ANYONE* know of a site or airline company where someone from OUTSIDE 
the USA can book flights for INSIDE the USA??? I've been going through HELL 
to try to order my flights, and it seems not possible with a Credit Card 
with a Dutch billing adress.
I know JetBlue flies from NYC - LA, but I need to go from LA to Dallas and 
Dallas to NYC again...

So I need help before I go insane...
