It was available from eelpie.com, but not anymore.  They promised to
have it available again soon, but that was many months ago.  It was
availale as a 4 piece download with no song separation.

I have a copy but unfortunately it was burned from a download that
has a couple skips in it.  If anyone has the unskipping version, I
would appreciate it.

If you want a burned copy of the skippy version contact me by email,
but I'm sure someone on this list has a non-skippy version.  (The
skips aren't that bad, but they are noticeable.  It skips I think
twice in one of the parts only.)
