Hello all,

You may or may not already know about the benefit Paul McCartney's getting
together for the victims of the Sep. 11 attacks.  It will be at Madison
Square Garden, Oct. 20, and The Who are confirmed to appear along with many
other stars.

This will affect the previously announced performance schedule of the John
Entwistle Band, but only for the better.  The details are still being
worked out with all concerned parties -- B B King's and other venues, the
benefit's producers, etc., -- but the band does intend to keep all the
announced dates.

In a gracious gesture of cooperation, Pete and Roger have agreed to
accomodate John's tour schedule by rehearsing in England before the first
JEB show, instead of in America just before the benefit.
