I think that Uncas comes from the character in the book (and two movies) "The 
Last of The Mohicans".  Also is the casino spelled Mohegan?  The tribe was 
the Mohicans, and they once lived in that area of CT and New York as well.

Just a guess as to the name Uncasville.
