Partly true.  I've traced this hoax (yes, it is a hoax) back quite far.  The
hoax has been mis quoted - the 1654 should read "Nostradamus, Quatran
16:54".  This doesn't change the fact however that this is a hoax.

it said that nostradamus made the quote in 1654. however, in real life, he
died before 1654, so ladies and gentlewhofreaks, the quote is a hoax.
