A larger military wouldn't have prevented this. And it won't hamper efforts
from here in, as you'll see. In the meantime, your words about Clinton are
off base; his efforts, no matter whether you agree with them or not, kept
this from happening sooner. Call it apeasement or aid, or whatever, but it
kept the lid on.
