"Gettin' in Tune" from RAH

I see that "Gettin' in Tune" is not included on the RAH DVD.  I listened to 
a recording of it and cannot figure out why this would be cut out.  Fine 
performances by all, even the difficult Roger + Eddie Vedder harmonies.  
Pete's solo is particulary nice.

Does anyone want to guess why this song would get chopped.
