Acid Thrash and LAL bitching

Pete's loops sound like more raw material for Who songs.  Before Dave and 
Bruce jump on me - I did not say they are songs.  They are riffs.  I 
understand the gulf between the word song and riff.

This continued bitching about Astley/Pete/LAL DE is an interesting case of 
obsessive behavior.  It seems to me that Luke P is so enamored with his own 
'remastering' that he feels that his opinion of any Who remasterings or 
re-releases is relevant.

This is a bit like a man who becomes so enthralled with a woman that he 
attempts to control her dress and actions.  If she does not adhere to his 
wishes of perfection, he heaps criticism on her.

It seems to me that those who continue to trash the Who camp for lessening 
the legacy of The Who's majesty should listen to some other music, or take a 
break from listening to music altogether.  When a dope fiend starts cursing 
the dealer/producer for his lousy buzz, it is time to put the syringe or 
pipe down.
