there is no way Ringo could ever have been the Who's drummer due to shere
difficulty. Keith did so much more than Ringo could have. If you take his
wild antics and self-destructive tendencies out of the equation- keith could
have played w/the beatles easily. Can u imagine ringo on stage trying to
keep up with Pete and Roger, especially pete? it would have been a joke- and
i'm not saying ringo isn't good- but keith was a fucking special drummer and
arguably the best rock drummer ever. he launched a genre- not ringo. ringo
did complement john, paul, and george very well and was great drummer for
what the beatles played.
